To order an item using Direct Deposit:
Why not use Internet Banking for a fast and effective way to deposit the full amount of your order? When making a direct deposit, please tag your transaction with your name and order number for easy identification.
Select the item you wish to purchase,
Complete the Order Information section by selecting your quantity and postage method,
Select "Direct Deposit" from the Choose Payment Method menu,
Click the "Buy Now " button

You will then need to make the Direct Deposit payment, as instructed in the Confirmation Email, using the bank account details supplied. You can do this from your Internet Banking or in any branch of your bank.

To order an item using Postal Money Order:
When sending a postal money order, please print your confirmation email and send with your money order so that we can identify you!
Select the item you wish to purchase,
Complete the Order Information section by selecting your quantity and postage method,
Select "Postal Money Order" from the Choose Payment Method menu,
Click the "Buy Now " button

You will then need to arrange a Money Order in Australian Dollars from your post office, as instructed in the Confirmation Email, and post to the address supplied. Postal Money Orders can be obtained from most Australia Post outlets.

To order an item using PayPal (Credit Card):
Select the item you wish to purchase,
Complete the Order Information section by selecting your quantity and postage method,
Select "PayPal (Credit Card) " from the Choose Payment Method menu,
Click the "Buy Now " button
- you are now transferred to the secure transactions PayPal website.
Complete your order by selecting 'Secure Checkout' and follow the Paypal website prompts.
The Curious Few will dispatch your order as soon as payment notification is received (subject to availability of stock).
Online purchasing of MP3s works the same as physical merchandise, except of course for the postage! For information on how to complete a purchase, please view the information in the PAYMENT OPTIONS section above.
If you pay using PayPal, your downloads will be made available immediately. However, if you prefer to pay using an old-school method, your downloads will be made available as soon as your payment is received (and you will be notified of such).
As soon as your payment is received (which is immediately in the case of a PayPal payment), your MP3s will be made available for download from the ACCOUNT page of our ONLINE SHOP. You will need to be signed in to access this page.
In order to complete the downloads, you will also need to have FLASH PLAYER installed. If you do not or can not install Flash Player, I would recommend purchasing the CD instead, as you will not be able to download the MP3s.
You are allowed a maximum of THREE complete downloads of each MP3 you have purchased.. just in case you lose the first two :) This is not so that you can give 2 of the copies to your friends, although we can't stop you doing that - all I'll do is give you a huge guilt trip cos we worked really hard and paid lots of money to write, record and produce our music tracks, so we appreciate you (and your friends) purchasing our music rather than bootlegging copies. Stealing is illegal after all! And they're only 99c!
All that said, if you genuinely need to download a 4th copy cos your dog ate the first 3, email me with a damn good reason and I'll see what I can do....
If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 3 weeks of invoice/order date.
The easiest way is to email Cazz at The Curious Few with full details and you will be provided with a return confirmation number (RCN).
No products will be accepted for a return or exchange without a RCN.
We will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods. Please include a written documentation as to what is wrong with the goods.
If you want to exchange an item for any other reason, you will be required to pay the freight and we should receive the goods back in original mint condition.
Privacy
The Curious Few highly regards our client relationships, and quite often these relationships have been built on a foundation of trust. Information collected from our clients will be handled sensitively and securely and with proper regard for privacy. The Curious Few supports the 'National Privacy Principles' launched in December 2001. These policies form the principles of our Privacy Policy, which is set out below.
The information you provide to us is used for billing and delivery purposes and to measure customer interest in our products. The information provided is only viewed by The Curious Few staff that necessarily has to do so for the sole purpose of completing a business transaction for sale or purchase.
You may provide us with your email address. We will only ever use your email address so that we can contact you about your order or answer a query. Your email address is private and we will never sell it to third parties.
Any personal information that you give us is private. We will never release personal information to persons or entities without your explicit consent. Exceptions to that is:
(a.) where The Curious Few is required by law to disclose certain information;
(b.) if you have ordered a product from us that requires personalization, or delivery to you by an external company.
The Curious Few uses the industry standard of "cookies" to make our website perform better. A "cookie" is a feature built into your existing browser that assigns you a "user ID". Cookies are used to follow the pattern of movements of web users. Cookies let us know which pages on our website are visited, in what order and how often. By themselves, cookies can't be used to discover your identity; they merely identify your computer to our servers when you visit us. Cookies only provide us aggregate statistical data, and are not used to record any personal information such as your name, address or e-mail address. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that all information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete, up-to-date and stored in a secure environment accessed only by authorised persons. Transmissions sent to or from The Curious Few are internally monitored for quality control and systems administration.
We also value the privacy and security of your online purchases and use PayPal for online transactions via our site.

The Curious Few uses the services of Australia Post. We do not seek to profit from postage charges and only charge you the most current Australia Post postage and packaging rates with a minimal handling fee. http://www.auspost.com.au.
A delivery fee (send & return) will be charged for any orders that have been shipped and are subsequently cancelled.
Please Note that we are charged a redelivery fee if an incorrect delivery address is given. This redirection fee will be charged to the sender following notification so please be sure you have the correct address details when you place your order.

The Curious Few CDs and merchandise are dispatched from The Curious Few home studio, Woodend, Australia. We will happily ship purchases anywhere within Australia using Regular, Registered or Express Post, and anywhere overseas using Australia Post Air Mail http://www.auspost.com.au.

Please note that international freight is spot checked for security by our International Freight carriers and this may lead to an increase in delivery time of approximately 24hrs if the package is held for additional investigation. Although rare, this occurrence is outside our control.
Delivery
The Curious Few delivers Australia wide and overseas using the services of Australia Post.
Most orders will be dispatched within 48hrs upon receipt of payment. The Curious Few does not import goods internationally and all products are manufactured in Australia. In the event of an item not being available, a courtesy email will be sent to the customer allowing an option to cancel the order if required.
We can deliver to you, or if the item is a gift we can deliver to the recipient's address.
